GRADUATION DAY

As another year passed by, we want to congratulate with everyone that got promoted and everyone that has been a part of the team for another year, and joined us for a night of celebration; it meant the world to us having you there.

At JSBJJ we see graduation differently. Is our community growing, is our students improving, is our professor progressing, is everyone advancing together.

Graduation day is a very special day for everyone, where those ones that are due for a belt change will receive it along with their certificate; but not only, is not a day for yourself, but instead is a day of celebration, either way if you got promoted or not, is a dat where the year long progress get cherished together.

Remember that is not just about you, but it is instead a day to spend together regardlessly of a belt change or not. After the celebrations we generally spend the night together for celebrate everyone progress, and more more year together as a family.

If this year is not yours, do make sure to be there to be part of your colleagues progress and share their happiness, as they will be there for you in the future to celebrate yours.

A belt change is a lot of things, it includes of course your BJJ progress, but not limited to that. We are an “old” school club and like to keep the tradition within and not just focus on the sport progress, we do value also respect, respect towards your training partners, your professors, your belongings, the gym itself and of course anyone else who is part of the staff. BJJ, for us, is not only a sport, but it is still a martial arts that has embedded values with it that we like to carry on.
