Here some handy info if you wish to visit our club.

We are more than happy to have visitors at our club, and here you can find all the necessary info for you to help plan your visit.

Class Schedule

We offer a variety of classes throughout the week to accommodate different skill levels and schedules. Please check our class schedule for the most up-to-date times and availability. Would be best to drop us an email at info@jsbjj.ie so we can prepare for your visit.

Visitors are welcome to drop in for any class, see the class description here. The drop-in fee is €25 per class, and includes your rental kimono for the class. Open mat fee is 10€. We accept cash and card payments.

What to Bring

  • Gi: If you have your own gi, you can bring it. If not, we have rentals, please note is white kimono only for evening sessions, always have a rash guard or t-shirt underneath.

  • No-Gi Attire: For no-gi classes, we allow only full length sleeves and leggings, you can use grappling/MMA shorts, please without zippers or pockets.

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated!

  • Flip-flop/sandals/crocs: keep your feet clean as you reach the mat.

Class Etiquette

  • Punctuality: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class starts.

  • Hygiene: Ensure you and your gear are clean. Trim your nails and remove all jewelry.

  • Respect: Follow the instructor’s guidance and respect your training partners.

Facility Amenities

  • Changing Rooms: Separate male and female changing rooms with showers.

  • Pro Shop: Purchase gear, apparel, and refreshments.
